Notes from the fleet is written by the engineering team behind Shika Deploy. We run the nodes, the builds, the proxy and the backups, and we write down the parts that were harder than they looked.

The goal is not to sell you a plan in every paragraph. It is to explain how the platform behaves, what we changed after production incidents, and how to make better decisions about where your application should live.

We publish when we have something concrete to say. If a note becomes wrong, we correct it rather than leaving it up as marketing.
